Having been kept informed by our hosts as to the key codes and what to do it was easy and the mini apartment was really lovely. there was a lift so no stairs to climb.

Enjoyed the Vikey experience with the access. It all worked well even if it was a bit of a palaver for making the original booking. The room was very charming and comfy and everything worked extremely well - good location in a lively little town. We were impressed.

This is the most amazing place. The host, Renzo and his wife, were so kind and hospitable from the moment we came, to the moment we left. We felt part of the family in every way. They even gave us a lift into Firenze, and they also made a special place for us on their balcony, where we had our dinner the second night. In fact Renzo and his colleague, Yuri, even fixed my glasses, which had fallen apart. Quite a skill and added service 😊. This is a truely special place, where Renzo, his wife and colleague, made us feel welcome in every way. And of course with Firenze in the backyard and the small idyllic town a few steps away, we surely hope to be back some day. Our very best recommendations.

We had a wonderful experience! We loved the hotel’s location and amenities. There are fantastic restaurants and bars right in front of the property, and we truly enjoyed it. Absolutely great location - in the very centre, but quiet for a good night sleep. Rooms very well equipped, bathroom with a large shower. In the room an amazing bathtub. I really appreciated the kettle to make tea. The boys at the reception were always helpful, giving tips for restaurants and answering all sort of questions.
