Location is superb, very close to Porto Rotondo’s marina. Giada (the owner) was super friendly, made us feel at home and gave fantastic tips. The villa is super quiet, lovely swimming pool and our room was big and very comfortable with a lovely little terrace.

Immersed in the Sardinian countryside, this picturesque B&B features an outdoor pool and a large Mediterranean garden. All air-conditioned rooms come with free Wi-Fi. Porto Rotondo is 5 km away.

The premises are amazing.loved the pool area. Everything is decorated with exquisite taste. The lady was very nice and made us feel welcome at every time.

The property is newly renovated with air con, tv and has Wi-Fi a fridge, coffee facilities - everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property inside is compact but very comfortable for 2 people for one night. Double bed is extra large and comfortable. Great shower; although small. We booked very last minute on the evening of our stay and Davide was very helpful & accommodating.

We arrived in the morning and found the taxi waiting for us at the airport. Having booked the Priority Check-in Service, we were able to get into our room early and head to the beach early. We also received a packed lunch to take with us. The staff helped us rent the bikes and also offered us a room with a garden so we could enter and exit from an exclusive entrance to the accommodation directly with the bikes. Going up a few steps from this garden there was also a balcony equipped with tables and chairs. We loved having all these comfortable outdoor spaces. The breakfast included in the stay is an Italian breakfast, but very varied with sweet and savory foods and local specialties, such as sardinian sausage. It is also possible to book off-menu foods by paying a small supplement, but we preferred to taste what the buffet offered and we were very satisfied. Excellent stay in a characteristic location.

We've felt directly at home at Domus Ilex! Manuela is super friendly and warm, the view is amazing, the breakfast is curated in the little details, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, and the location is amazing close to the main square of San Pantaleo. :)

The apartment was nice, light and clean and also reasonably priced. We really appreciate flexibility with the checkout time. I'm also happy that the forgotten phone was finally found and didn't go in the washing machine or in the garbage. I hope to get it safely while returning to Olbia in a week.

The pool was great, I felt like I was in a 5* resort. Summer kitchens fully equipped and accessible, space for everyone at the same time. I have nothing to complain about, great location, I would love to come again.
