The location is perfect! Beautiful views from the windows and balcony, and close to all the shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here. Really appreciated the mini fridge, espresso machine, and supplies. It was quite warm while we were there, so the A/C had to work hard, but it managed. Loved the updated bathroom and option for self-check-in!

We left this morning, and I’m still filled with warmth and joy from our stay. This experience felt like visiting family who had been waiting for you with open arms — and truly loved you. I rarely come across such genuine care and attention. Every little need I might have had was anticipated in advance and taken care of. Only a host with a kind and thoughtful heart would leave a bottle of milk and a few yogurts in the fridge, and Nesquik in the shared kitchen! Until yesterday, I thought I’d outgrown Nesquik a decade ago — but here I was, smiling like a child. Our room was absolutely charming — a perfect blend of taste, style, and the natural beauty of the house itself. The restored stone walls could be admired for hours, just like the breathtaking view from the window. The garden surrounding the house is a true masterpiece — the work of a patient and loving soul. Every corner speaks of care and dedication. This was so much more than just a place to sleep. When we arrived, Stefania warmly welcomed us with local tips only a true insider could know. While checking us in, she told us the story of the house and the changes it had gone through — turning the building into a living character we couldn’t stop exploring, noticing the marks of its long and fascinating life. It was a truly special encounter — one we’d love to repeat in warmer days, so we can enjoy the garden even more. Breakfast was simply wonderful — the smell of fresh bread, the personal breakfast trays with our names — the most beautiful way to start the day. And my boyfriend couldn’t stop admiring how incredibly soft the towels were. Maybe in a house built with so much love, everything just feels a little more magical?

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment and it was amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough From the moment we arrived in Portovenere, our host Alicia was there to greet us and guide us to our accommodation. Alicia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She was extremely helpful with advice on places to see and eat and even went to the trouble of organizing a friend to drive us to the La Spezia train station (25 minutes drive) on the day we departed. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. One of the highlights was our breathtaking view from our balcony overlooking the sea and promenade. The location is within walking distance to all the immenities, the bus stop, beach front, a variety of restaurants and sight seeing recommendations. Our experience was exceptional and it was all thanks to Alicia who was around for any questions. Her mom did a wonderful job of keeping our room clean and tidy. Thank you Alicia.

We LOVED this location! It was our first time in this area and we were SO happy! We were just outside all the chaos that Cinque Terre seemed to be, but it was very convenient to travel to those locations. The breakfast was excellent!!!

Amazing view of the Marina Fezzano. Clean, modern and well appointed. Secure parking and close to Porto Venere for fantastic access to Cinque Terre .

It’s clean and centrally located with a view on the harbor. The bed was very comfortable. The owner, Giovanni, is the kindest and most personable and hospitable proprietor.

The location is great, very close to train station, the owner is very friendly, gave me recommendations about the restaurant. Room is clean and nice, the bed is comfortable, I like everything.
