The room was large and extremely attractive, with a balcony and nice views over the square and temple ruins. The bed was superb, and the bathroom and shower were very nice and well equipped. I was even impressed with the blinds and draperies, easy to use to control light, and there were amble plugs. Breakfast was very good, and I much appreciated the complimentary fridge bar in the lounge.

We have stayed in 4 accommodations across Sicily, this one was hands down the best in every aspect. It is very clean, quiet, functional and on a great location. We have found free parking in front of the building every night during our stay. Could not recommend enough!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful garden with an amazing pool area. The wellness area inside was very nice too, with hot saunas and a pool with cool water. The villa is well kept and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The room had smart TV with ps5 and Netflix. In the evenings the Netflix account was used by too many people, to it's good to bring your own credentials to be able to watch. The breakfast served at a cafe was good and felt very Italian (sweet bread and coffee).

The hotel was wonderful! The room was very cozy and had air conditioning. There was also a shared kitchen next to the room, which was very convenient. The location is great — about a 20-minute walk to Ortigia Island in one direction and to the Neapolis Archaeological Park in the other. Everything was so easily reachable on foot that I never had to use public transport. The owner Vincenzo and his mother are incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Syracuse, I would be happy to stay here again!

Beautifully furnished apartments in a great location! Big thank you to Giusy for a warm welcome and taking such a great care of us! The accommodation being located below ground, but still with windows opening for aeration, would probably be the only way to survive the heat in late spring - summer.

The room was excellent, comfortable and spacious and beautifully decorated. In our corner room there were 2 balconies including a sea view. The location was perfect with restaurants immediately outside the door. The host was very welconing, helpful and accommodating and we wished we had stayed longer.

We had an excellent stay. Host was very nice, offering help and advice. We could park our car at the property place which made the stay more comfortable. All is very close to few key attractions.

The location was great - right in between Ortigia and the archaeological park and close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely lovely, giving us a lot of good advice and very prompt to reply on WhatsApp. Really nice breakfast & there was no problem with having it early on the day we were catching an 8 am bus to Palermo. The room was just like on the photos, so all perfect.
