We had a wonderful stay! The room was exactly what we expected – very clean, fresh, and comfortable. It really felt like staying at a friend’s cozy, spacious apartment. The host was very kind and even let us keep our luggage until the evening on the day we checked out. Everything left us with such a positive impression, and we would be happy to come back again.

The property is outstanding both with its luxurious decor and commodities! The room, felt more like an apartment; very airy and spacious! Everywhere and everything was spotless and the attention to little details made our stay even more enjoyable! We were greeted by Paolo who takes care of guests in the afternoon and Pamela who is usually around in the mornings! Both were extremely kind and passionate about their roles making us feel welcome instantly. The wellness centre located on the lower floor of the villa added a brilliant element to the place, where one could unwind and relax upon return! The villa is set slightly apart from the hustle of the town centre yet very close to restaurants and many places worth exploring in the area like Ortygia which is only a 10 min drive away! Definitely worth it! Would definitely stay here again should I revisit Siracusa. It is advisable to have a car though!

The hotel was wonderful! The room was very cozy and had air conditioning. There was also a shared kitchen next to the room, which was very convenient. The location is great — about a 20-minute walk to Ortigia Island in one direction and to the Neapolis Archaeological Park in the other. Everything was so easily reachable on foot that I never had to use public transport. The owner Vincenzo and his mother are incredibly kind and welcoming. He gave me great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. If I ever come back to Syracuse, I would be happy to stay here again!

Amazing property, amazing host, amazing breakfast. I couldn't recommend this property more. I was sad to leave. The room and communal spaces feel like you're at home. So comfortable and welcoming. The bedroom was fitted with all mod cons, it was light, airy and spacious. Really comfortable bed. Powerful spacious shower. Outside space to dry clothes. The kitchen area also had kettle, coffee maker and microwave which you were able to use at any time. It had plenty of space for all guests staying in the rooms at once. The breakfast as if you were staying in a 5* hotel. I think it was better as it was so personal. Everything was fresh and you couldn't have wanted for anything more. Fruit, cake, cereals, toast, fruit juice, teas, coffees, hot chocolate and marshmallows, pizza, Italians pastries and more ! Within walking distances of all the local attractions. If you don't choose to stay here you've made the wrong choice.

Fabulous place. It is right in the center of Siracusa, opposite the big carparking area. The rooms are on the ground floor and have been beautifully renovated, with lovely antiques in the room. The bedroom is very large and comfortable, with a fridge, desk and chest of drawers. There is an alcove, which contains a large wardrobe and then a large bathroom, big open shower and double sinks. Lots of natural light, aircon, wifi. The room was so quiet, considering it was a public holiday, there were cars, buses and people, constantly going past, but the soundproofing was wonderful. There is a lovely common room to rest in as well. We parked the car in the carpark, which is a pay one, because there was no street parking with the public holiday. I think normally you could park right outside the building. Viola is a wonderful host and made sure that we had everything we needed and sent us links to great places to eat at.

Well located in Siracusa, Suites of the Royal Council provides an Italian breakfast and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay.

We had an excellent stay. Host was very nice, offering help and advice. We could park our car at the property place which made the stay more comfortable. All is very close to few key attractions.

The location was great - right in between Ortigia and the archaeological park and close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely lovely, giving us a lot of good advice and very prompt to reply on WhatsApp. Really nice breakfast & there was no problem with having it early on the day we were catching an 8 am bus to Palermo. The room was just like on the photos, so all perfect.
