The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. Very friendly and check in. We got many good tipps about what to do in Udine. The room was spacious and nicely designed. Bathroom was clean and new. We even had a small balcony and there was free coffee and some things to prepare our own breakfast. Location is perfect if you take public transport.
