Edward and his wonderful family was very accommodating and very helpful. I stayed for 4 days for my Cabin Crew Training. The moment I reached TELL MADABA, Edward was waiting for me outside the Hotel at 12mindnight. Help me to carry my stuff and assist me. In the morning Edwards mother is taking care of the breakfast for the guest. The hotel is not a typical ordinary Hotel. It is more than a 7 stars Hotel. If you need something they will attend your needs right away. You dont have to wait for 30minutes or even 5minutes, because it is directly to the owner. The normal Hotel, you need to wait for 30minutes because it has standard process, need to ask the supervisor, managers etc. TELL MADABA is EXTREMELY DIFFERENT The service was from the HEART and NOT from the Hotel Customer service standard.
