The location was perfect and the owner was super nice and helpful :) she showed us everything and gave us recommendations, helped with buses and transport. Not just with that but with good spots to see MT Fuji! She can speak good english and we had a lovely family feeling from all over the place :) she made us a photo of us when we arrived and left it for us later that day as a gift ❤️it was super nice. We can only recommend to come here and I hope we will be back as well and if so, for sure for more days!

Everything was amazing. It was clean, cozy, warm, traditional, great location, well maintained, and the hosts are lovely. The toilets and shower are very clean and comfortable, and the beds are cozy. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be coming back

The guesthouse was beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated. The owners were very warm and friendly they tried to take care of everything and even drove us to the Fuji station after we checked out. The living room and kitchen were excellent and all the instructions were meticulously written. We saw Fuji-san from our room window.

Really nice place and Masaya is the best host. Our son loved it, and so did we. Keep it up, you are doing it right. He does a shuttle service free of charge to the station and even will pick you up, if you get lost in the woods. But we didn't need that, as we had our own car. Bathrooms are very clean. In general everything is very clean. We had the family room with 5 futons. And as we love the Japanese rooms, it was very comfortable for us.

The location was excellent, lake Yamanako was nice and peacefull. Beautiful mount Fuji views. The host couple was super nice and sweet and offered us great suggestions for what to do! Bathing and eating dinner at the local onsen was wonderfull and we went there everyday.
