A wonderful place with amazing hosts. They cared for me like a member of their own family—kind, helpful, and attentive. The house and garden were beautiful, set in a quiet countryside village far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The atmosphere was peaceful and truly special. Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room, place with a really good atmosphere. Perfect location if you're visiting Mount Koya, only few minutes from the JR station, supermarket and cool udon restaurant.

We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!

Loved the comfy hearth fire in this minimalistic log cabin like house. The host was very nice and offered to take me to the train station at the end of my stay.
