Amazing location, in Gion, close to transportation but also very quiet with lots of great restaurants. We stayed in villa 1 with a deep ceramic bath. The Machiya is well stocked with a simple kitchen and microwave for breakfast. Love the little walk down to Tatsumi bridge and river (less than 100m) Familymart is 100m away and laundry service 2min walk. Staff were lovely and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place.

Mori is an excellent host. The space is spotless c extremely comfortable and you will feel at home. The breakfast was sublime, adding to the entire experience. I was only booked for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer!
