All was perfect Maru was a really nice person that helped us in everything. The place is beautiful and confortable, have a really big kitchen, big room and the futon was very confortable. Even they helped us to carry our bags from the station and pick up us when the train was late. I am so greatful of this stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better place where to finish the Kumano Kodo! Amazing guest house and fabulous host. Room was big and futon very comfortable. Toilet and shower clean and nice. Washing and drying machine and kitchen well equipped. Great plus to have the bikes!!

Everything. The interiors, everything is so clean. He also has a lot of free stuff like the shave ice which we thoroughly enjoyed, the bath was amazing the whole place is an old Japanese house with modern fittings inside. We really enjoyed our stayed here. We will definitely come back here. The staff was amazing and really helpful. It is also close to the shrine.

Location was excellent. Shared kitchen, microwave, kettle etc so you can self-cater with food from supermarket (next door). Very comfortable rooms with Japanese style bedding - new build so everything clean and modern. Hostess is lovely and communicates through a language translation app.

This backs off onto a very old temple where the monk who runs the accommodation holds his services. He was very friendly and showed us around the temple and I attended his moving service. The place was clean and there was Sake offered free to guests. The monk kindly accepted the receipt of my luggage transported from another city without any hassle. I will definitely stay again. He was very helpful and kind. Thanks!

We had a lovely welcome even though it was a late check in, and he did very well with little English. Even though we were only staying one night, he made us feel very welcome and showed us all the property details. It was a short walk from the train station, with bikes available. The property itself is beautiful and we loved the traditional touches. He even left some Japanese snacks in the room for us. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!!
