All the staff were friendly and accommodating. I only stayed a short time, but I would come back if I came back to the area. The facilities were new and clean, the air conditioning was excellent and bunks were spacious. Excellent central location, free parking, quiet area. Cute cafe/bar attached to the guesthouse.

The man was really nice, he helped us find the best route to snow monkey park and even help us make a schedule for the day to see multiple beautiful and interesting sites of Nagano. I really recommend this!!
