The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very good and you can book everything (tours/bikes/busses) at the reception. Everyone was very friendly.

I thought that this was just another guesthouse but the design and the quality of the stay was excellent. Arrived earlier than expected and I already got the room ready for use. Room was spacious, clean and really aesthetically pleasing. The location was central and personally for me, quiet which was helpful for me to read and do my reflection. There was food around the area so you don’t have to fret. Breakfast was also provided and the team checks in with you every evening on what you like to have. Having transferred from another luxury hotel, the experience at Baan Pila is comparable and perhaps even more personalised. Free bike was super helpful for me to travel around (even cycling to the gym which was not too far away). I was amazed by the quality of the amenities (shampoo and handwash) that I bought the original brand when I returned to Vientiane. I would recommend anyone to consider staying with the team.

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. He can speak German too. Room was spacious, very clean and the bed had the most comfortable mattress. Location of the hotel is perfect to explore Luang Prabang

One of the main streets where the night market and also many restaurants are located is within few minutes of walking. The owner of Villa Namkhan was very kind and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony.
