Such a wonderful stay very central and in walking distance to the night market, morning market, Phousi Hill, and the Mekong River. I really enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveller visiting Luang Prabang for the first time, the hotel was lovely and the service was really good. I felt at home staying in the Golden Sun Boutique Hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is charming, in a wonderfully restored villa with quirky architectural details. The room was spacious, quiet and the bed very comfortable but the best thing was the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and help with anything I needed, they were really amazing, particularly Phout who accompanied me to buy an extra suitcase. The breakfasts were varied and delicious with a great choice of local dishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this place if you are going to Luang Prabang.

This was one of the best experiences I had in any hotel. The service was out of the ordinary, you will not be disappointed if you are staying at thong bay guesthouse. They thought of everything and we did not needed to worry about anything, they were kind and always there to help! Me and my friend have been traveling for a while and we really felt at home here! Great staff and Ben. Helpful You won't find any friendlier and more helpful! My room and bed are spacious, clean, wifi is strong. I don't have any problems. I had to reschedule last night and it was no problem at all!! The location couldn't be better either. Very central and between night market road and day market road
