We spent two fantastic days with Dhammika and his beautiful family who made us feel so welcome. Nestled among the sprawling tea plantations on the edge of the reservoir, the villa was simple but very comfortable, with a lovely view of the rolling green hills. Throughout our stay, Dhammika was a massive help, even driving us to the foot of Adam’s Peak in his tuk tuk at 1:30am and then showing us the various waterfalls and tea factories. He was a fount of local knowledge, and the breakfasts and dinners prepared by his wife and mother-in-law were delicious! Thank you, Dhammika!

KPL homes is located on the hill on the opposite of the Railway station, which makes it an ideal choice if you have to catch the morning train like we did. It is also a very quiet area, away from the hustle city of the city. The garden makes the place so relaxing and calm and you can also enjoy the view of the hills. The owner was very helpful and communicative! We definitely recommend the place!

Our stay was perfect! The greatest experience in Lanka. It was like at home, the family was so nice, took care of us, and were so kind and helpful. We had an amazing stay at Heavens Hills! The room was super clean, we had a lot of space and it had everything we needed. It was quiet. We could enjoy a nice balcony with a nice view. The owner was very helpful and helped us with all the questions we had to make us enjoy our stay. Would recommend 100%. Maskeliya is a small village nestled in beautiful mountains very close to Adam's Peak and to stunning waterfalls, not very touristic and with nice people. It is a great opportunity to also volunteer in the close by Tea Leaf Trust school helping young people from tea plantation workers.

The room standard is higher than in any other location we've stayed in Sri Lanka. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
