Beautiful property that felt like our own little oasis. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The shower was excellent too. Breakfast was served at your requested time and the owner offered to cook us a Sri Lankan breakfast that was really good. The location does require a tuk tuk in and out of Kandy central but you can down load the pick me app to get local rates to keep costs down. Excellent stay and highly recommended.

The place is on a hill a short tuktuk away from the city. It’s a very serene location and a peaceful place to come back to after a busy day in the city. Rooms are very clean and offering a lovely terrace with panoramic views over Kandy. There is also tea available at all times in the shared kitchen. Karun is such a wonderful host and organised the perfect tour of Kandy. He made my experience as a solo traveler very enjoyable and took me to local places to eat and experience Kandy life as a true local. Karun’s endless kindness was so warming. He is so attentive and wants his guests to be happy. This has been my favourite stay in Sri Lanka! Estuti Karun for everything

This was the perfect place to stay in Kandy. Up in the hills with a balcony area where I enjoyed my coffee while watching monkeys, birds and surrounding nature. Also a great night's sleep ok a comfy bed with no noise except the rain on the roof. Suraj, the host, is freindly and accommodating, never hesitating to attend or answer questions I had. The room had good WiFi that I used to work from and take Skype calls. And the bathroom had hot water to shower. I booked two night initially but stayed an extra two.

The owner, Kumari, takes care about everything in a very attentive and friendly way. Like a mother with a very good heart. I liked the flowers and plants in her house. It’s like a small paradise when you come inside.

Most amazing place to stay in Kandy! The view is amazing, room is spacious and very clean, location is up the hill but a quick tuktuk ride away from town and the lake. Up on arrival we have been welcomed with tea and local treats. Breakfast was huge and delicious! But most importantly I want to point out the amazing staff that helped us in making our stay so comfortable. From organizing the train ride to Ella, to ordering Tuktuks and pointing us to the right and most beautiful places in town. We can only recommend staying here!! Thank you very much!!
