This place is run by a family. They were really kind and helpful with everything. We came late for checkout but still they let us use the room and the bathroom. Really kind people. We liked everything. Very close to the sea. Walking distance from coconut hill. One of our best stays.

We loved the place and the host was just lovely!! Very clean, comfy beds, good internet connection, wooden tables in the room and on the terrace which suit me very well as a remote worker. Not too close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. We definitely will come again!:)

I booked the accommodation for 3 nights and was received super warmly. Under the 'Bird House' lives the family and I generally felt very comfortable and in good hands! The Bird House is furnished with great attention to detail and has a good price-performance ratio. It is clean and the hosts also always ask by phone if everything is okay and gave me super tips for the area in Mirissa (food, etc.). After checkout, I was also allowed to store my luggage with them, as my onward journey continued later. Thank you very much for everything, I felt super comfortable!!!

Owners Indu and Khomudu were wonderful hosts. The room was spotless, featuring a renovated bathroom with hot water.
