If you look for nature and serenity this is the perfect place to be. The host just was great and most helpful with tipps and any other whishes. He even cleaned our car, as he thought it was too dirty!!! The food just amazing including special whishes. If you want to be out of the main tourist places and find a really beautiful place - go there!

This family guesthouse is a really wonderful experience. We arrived a little earlier than planned and the room was promptly made available for us. They helped with all of our questions & arranged a bike for us and we had a lovely breakfast every morning on the balcony. Extreamly clean, comfortable and quiet place. A very spacious room. Owner and family couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful and went out of their way on a number of occasions to assist us and other guests during our stay. The owners son also spoke with us at length about the history of the house, the town and Sri Lanka, he was very knowledgeable. Well located with restaurants close by and a lovely walk to Lovers Leap waterfall. Great value for money and a good breakfast to start the day. Definitely highly recommended

Very nice and cozy lodge, I would call it a boutique hotel by european standards. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. 10/10 would recommend ! Nice interior, cozy bed, clean room. Good value for money. Next time will definetely come back and try The Cabana !
