The room was super nice and clean. Just a few steps from the very nice und not busy beach. Bunty and his team are very kind people and help you with everything they can. They arranged us a scooter and surf lessons during our stay in Tallala. We really enjoyed it!!

The Talalla Mango House is a wonderful place to stay. Only 200 m from the beach, it’s a family run very heartful home stay, humble and clean, and they would help you out with any questions you have. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - The food is something else, just amazing. They take you through all the Sri Lankan flavours you can imagine. Fresh fish (the father sometimes goes fishing himself), vegetables and fruit every day. No restaurants needed. Apart from that, you live in the middle of extremely beautiful nature, with palm trees etc. and Sri Lankan biodiversity and animals say hello every day. Hopefully will come back soon.

With a very good host, we got very neat and clean spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast is very good. beach is beautiful. Good view at night. Good place in a good location.

The very quiet Gardens, the lovely breakfasts, beautiful empty beach, lovely pool and courteous attentive staff. We had a gorgeous room with an out door,roll top bath. If you're looking for a quiet beach, this will hit the spot. The waves are strong so probably best for confident swimmers though you won't have to be an Olympian! The main house is also gorgeous with an airy colonial vibe. Evening meals can be taken at the beach restaurant over the road ( not a busy road). The place is gated with a 24hour watch for the security minded. Various swings, hammocks and board games dotted around. Peacocks, bee-eaters, monitor lizards and chipmunks abound. Heard a Coppersmith Barbet but didn't see it. Fruit bats fly over at sunset. Heaven!

Parasol dore is a recently renovated guest house in Dickwella, where guests can take a dip in its infinity pool and make the most of its free WiFi, private beach area and water sports facilities.

Inside and outside, it's just amazing. The scenery outside is breathtaking. Quiet place without the hassle like other beaches. The breakfast was such a treat.

The family was incredibly hospitable. We were offered tea and pancakes and felt very welcome at this accommodation. The room had a large bed, a spacious bathroom, and a well-functioning air conditioner. The location was perfect as it is right by the beach, where we could snorkel with sea turtles in the morning. Even after check-out time, we were allowed to take a shower. The owner also helped us find an affordable tuk-tuk to get to our next destination. We highly recommend this place!

The room is large and well equipped. Despite situated on the main road, it is very quiet. Very nice furnitured roof terrace and 2-3min walking distance to the beach. All kind of stores and a pharmacy around. Breakfast served in wonderful sea view restaurant. All amenities arranged in a good style. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
