We had a fantastic experience at Hilton cottage. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has hot water. The owner friendly and always obliging. Nothing was too much trouble and all of the staff are lovely. It is close to the restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend Hilton cottage if you are looking for a quiet, pleasant stay in Trincomalee.

I can’t even put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Yes, the rooms were great with A/C, we loved the filtered water and the location was fantastic, but it was more than that. Prashanth devotes his life to helping the strays in the area. It is abundantly clear that he has a good heart and truly cares about making small differences. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and having conversations with him. We learned so much more about his life, Sri Lankan history and culture. Prashanth is welcoming and trustworthy and full of helpful tips with your stay. Thank you Prashanth for welcoming us into your home and for all that you do for the animals!

very new accommodation with a super-friendly owner. beautiful and clean rooms. We had a very comfortable with hot water.The location is fantastic, with a supermarket, restaurants, and the beach all very close by. You can also have your laundry done here! The owner also organizes drivers and tuk-tuks!
