How about this for my first two nights in Morocco?! Wonderful hospitality from start to finish. Even before I arrived, I was told how to get from Tangier airport to the Chefchaouen bus/taxi station. Upon arrival, I was picked up and driven up the hill to the beautiful hostel building and offered dinner. Haven Hills overlooks the city and the surrounding mountains. You can enjoy the walk to/from the medina, admiring it from different angles, and perhaps hearing the call to prayer. (It's quite muddy if it's raining.) The area is quiet and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommended!
