Our room was super comfortable and quiet. Mohamed was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the old Medina. He gave us restaurant recommendations and directions to anywhere we’d need to go. Breakfast was very good and this Riad is very hospitable. 10/10 recommend and will stay again in the future.

The team at Riad old palace was our highlight. This Riad is a hidden gem in the heart of the old Fes medina - peaceful and welcoming and just short walk from the main gate bab Rcif . Our suite was spacious and clean, the value for the room was exceptional. They went way above beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Help us with a great driver and guide to take us sightseeing. Great location to explore the city, but in a very calm street, so you can escape the hassle of the streets for a minute. The room was clean and the details of the room are just great, the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was very tasty! Highly recommend.

Every staff member of this Dar was exceptional. Ahmed, Bilal and Amin and other staffs were always there to go above and beyond. The rooftop dining space was an add-on. The cleanliness of the room was amazing. My wife and I received the best services one can expect. I would say one of the best Dar in Fes. The location was suitable as it was easy to locate and you can walk through the old medina of Fes. Last but not least the owner of Dar Golden Ziat was so cordial who arranged our taxi pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable fare. Definitely it's a recommended Dar and for sure you will receive a homely treatment.

When we arrived at the riad we felt like in a palace. The building is beautiful in the best morrocan tradition, the rooms are big and beautiful and tastefully decorated. Great rooftop with amazing view. Special thanks to Josef who was amazing to us. The location is great right in the Medina close to the gate . Breakfast was very good too
