The comfy family house . The place was tidy and well-maintained. The owners are clearly dedicated to keeping it that way. The garden and surrounding areas were swept several times a day to remove leaves and debris. Located in a peaceful area by the lake, the setting is calm and relaxing. However, swimming in the lake is not allowed, as it becomes deep right off the shore. During our stay, a swimming pool was under construction in the garden, which will be a great bonus once completed. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Our stay included breakfast, and the portions were generous enough to feed our whole family. The owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the same can be said for the people in the village. Our basic accommodation consisted of two rooms, a bathroom with a shower, a fireplace, and air conditioning. There is no wardrobe or kitchen. We also enjoyed views of the lake and the on-site restaurant.

Mohammed is an amazing host. He helped us a lot with making up the trail for our hike and as well when we came back he made a soup for us because I was in pain. Also there was a place where we could safely park our car for when we were away. Also the food was delicious and as always so generous. Thanks Mohammed for taking so much care!

Abdul was a wonderful host! The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The view from our balcony was exceptional and the roof top terrace was stunning. Would highly recommend eating at the guest house too, we had a wonderful tagine on the rooftop as the sun was setting, magical! This was the highlight after staying in Morocco for 1 month. Quiet location and walkable from central imlil. We had a car and a nice space was provided for parking. The shower worked well. Breakfast was good. The host provided snacks on arrival and was very flexible for check in time. The price to value for this hotel is spectacular.

Many thanks to Abedelaziz and the whole Atlas Kasbah Lodge team for their lovely hospitality throughout my stay. I was in Aguersioual/Imlil during Ramadan, and as food was dificult to come by, Adbelaziz would share some of the family's Iftar supper with me every evening. I remain incredibly thankful for this, as well as for the amazing soupe à l'orge. Furthermore, the view over the valley is unique and very memorable, and the village very authentic.
