My stay at Yassin’s place was just perfect. I wish I could give a score higher than 10! First of all, the property is right in the center of town, with everything you need close by. The double room was very spacious and comfortable. The accommodation is extremely clean and very quiet. But the most important thing to say is that Yassin is a truly kind person and an excellent host. I felt amazing in his home and always had my personal space. My stay in Tamraght was made even more special thanks to Yassin’s kindness. He always made sure I was having a great time. He’s also a surf and skate instructor if you need one! A huge thank you, Yassin — I loved waking up in the morning and having the breakfast you prepared for me every day! I will definitely come back.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Alexis and Fati were incredibly helpful and friendly, they organised our airport pickup and onward transfer, and also surf lessons with the fabulous Abdullah. We chose to have breakfast at the property (served up on the amazing roof terrace), which I highly recommend, even the kids (11 & 12yrs) loved it! Property is basic but has everything you need, and has a great feel to it. Was also absolutely spotless when we arrived, and location is brilliant! Monkeys’ is just round the corner from Hey Yallah, a very well known coffee shop (handy as a navigation point for taxis), and very close to a short cut down to the beach, which is about a 10min walk away. Village of Tamraght has everything you need, and cafes/restaurants etc are all excellent. We visited Taghazout yesterday, and after the chill calm of Tamraght, Tagazhout just felt too busy and definitely too touristy, though get that vibe would probably suit some people. Highly recommend a stay here.

Exceptional hospitality and service. Brahim and the team running the place couldn't have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Contactable day and night, organising activities, and always going the extra mile to help us out with whatever we needed. Big delicious breakfast & evening meals available and a really friendly, sociable environment in the sitting area on the rooftop. We loved our stay, highly recommended.

The hospitality at this hostel was outstanding! Staff couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming, so helpful with any request or question. All the food provided at the hostel was delicious with huge portions. There is a very laid back vibe in the hostel.

Taghazout was our first stop for our trip and we couldn’t have booked a better place to start. Some times in life you get to a B&B or in this case a Riad and are welcomed by a hostess and staff that are just eager to share their love of the place they call home with you. I don’t normally write reviews but when a place welcomes you as if you are family it is the least I can do. This would be a book if I had to write down everything I was happy about so I will summarize: - the place is spotless and every day it feels like your room is cleaned professionally - going to a restaurant is useless as the food that is served every night is fresh local and far better than anything I was able to find in the area. - if you need help with anything (car rental, surf lessons, day trip) or in my case a doctor they go above and beyond to help. - what I loved most is that the team shows you the real beauty of Morocco the places, the cooking, the people and the conversation I can recommend this place to anybody who wants to feel like home. Very good experience staying at Aftas Hostel. Me and my friends had such a good time! The owners family is so kind and always helpful. We got invited to dinner and experienced some authentic amazing moroccon food! Always recommend staying there! We will come back for sure :)
