Sweet modern and completely new studio with sea view, a rosemary, olive tree and flowers in the garden and the pool and sunbeds available. We enjoyed peaceful and dreamy environment and stayed for 4 nights. There are a number of stone steps down the city center but it's no biggy even for middle aged people. Ana the host is very warm and welcoming, check in and check out were flexy according to our needs.

Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome. The position of Guesthouse Žmukic is the best in Perast, right on the water and only a short walk to restaurants, their recommendations were perfect and made reservations for us. The bed was very very comfortable, great shower plenty of hot water and strong pressure.

I booked a room here last minute - it was the best choice for the old town I loved the central location down a quiet alley of the old town and within easy walking distance of many cafes and restaurants Staff were extremely helpful and check in process was very easy. The host provided me with excellent tips and was very easy to communicate with. The room itself was clean with decent wifi/netflix and good air-conditioning (much needed in the heat)

Absolutely perfect location just in heart of Old Town in Kotor, nice and hepful personnel, room comfortable and well designed - I cannot say anything bad about this place, just wonderful :) And ratio quality to price? 11/10
