Perfect location, in heart of old town! It couldn't get any better. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bigger room would have been just perfect, buy Boyana was very helpful and gave us access to the tv lounge and kitchen area. As there was no TV in our room and our little one would get cranky after a little nit of exploring the old town. She was helped us with booking a taxi to Budva as well. Overall ot was an amazing experience and I would definitely come and stay here again for sure!

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. We got upgraded to the sea view room and the views were perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay nice, including staying past the end of their shift to check us in, giving recommendations for the area and giving recommendations on driving routes and our onwards journey. Do not hesitate to book here, you won't be disappointed!

The view was amazing and the host is so lovely! Despite the language barrier we felt very welcome. The area is stunning and it is just a short walk to a bakery and some restaurants.

This enchanting villa is directly located at the Water with an amazing view at Kotor and the bay. It offers big balconies, a Pool and detail oriented integnterior. But the heart and soul of this villa is Sonjia. She is the owner of the villa and is always there, no matter if it is information, warm words or some nice homemade baked goods. If in Kotor, I would stay here again for sure.

Extremely lovely accommodation, as expected. The shared kitchen is practically new, nicely decorated and more than useful. Special thanks to the incredibly friendly hostess, who gave us a souvenir and a bottle of excellent wine for our wedding anniversary. The manager created a perfect video guide to the place. Unfortunately I did not notice that but she was so kind to guide us to the closest parking place and to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, perfectly clean, cosy and the furniture and lighting is just brilliant. It is located in the best part of Kotor, in the historic downtown. One of the best places I ever had a luck to spend time in!
