The Room was very cosy and clean. The Bed was also very comfortable! The location was very central, to balluta beach it only took a 5-10minutes walk. Serena was an absolut sweetheart, she helped me a lot during my first solo trip and gave me a lot of recommandations. The room was very nice and clean, and it is in excelent location. Also the owners were very helpful and kind, and helped me solve all the problems I had. Everything went really well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience! The location is fantastic—just a short 5-minute walk to Spinola Bay, where you can enjoy stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, a grocery store is conveniently located just 3 minutes away, making it easy to stock up on essentials or grab a quick snack. The cleanliness of the place was truly impressive. The apartment was spacious, the beds were confortable. Perfect locatoin, close to the beach and the ferry, 20 min from the airport. Kind receptionist:) Due to the automatised entrance system the time of arriving was flexible. The system was practical, safe and easy to use it. On the day of leaving, we ckecked out the room at 11 a.m. however they let us to use the roof top pool, a room and a bathroom on the -1 floor during the whole day. We could leave the luggages there while we were visiting Valletta. We truely apprechiated this opportunity, and it saved our life at the end of the day as our flight was delayed. Great place, recommended!
