The location was awesome, right in the center with very short walk to the Zocalo and markets. The hotel itself is very clean and there's a nice sitting area as well. Edgar is very nice and was very helpful with recommendations and anything that we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is, of course, absolutely ideal to explore Oaxaca. The staff is also wonderful, so kind and helpful and soooo patient. The bed is super comfortable and the hotel is beautiful... a great place to get back to after exploring Oaxaca. The rooms are also quite pretty. We first stayed on one with a street view but it was rather hot and my mother does not fare well with devices to cool the room, we were able to change rooms and the staff was most understanding of the situation. We really have no complaints.

The hotel was clean, easy to get into, and staff communicated well over WhatsApp (though not in person). The price was excellent, and the hotel had all the basics of hot water, internet, and drinking water. It’s also a great location.
