The host, the warm welcome feel, the surroundings, the eye for detail,… 🤍 We had an absolutely amazing 3 nights at Sandseed. A lot of love and thought obviously went into creating the unique spaces at this guesthouse, with particular eye for detail and cleanliness! It is located in a quiet and peaceful area with indeed magnificent views on the dunes, and just a stone’s throw away from the Swakop centre. Enjoy activities in Walvis or Swakop and come back home to Sandseed to relax and unwind in the beautiful setting. Louisa, the Guesthouse manager, makes you feel welcome and at home straight away and tends to everything and everyone with lots of care 🤍. She is absolutely amazing!! We are actually sad to leave but will definitely be staying in this Namibian Gem again when we come back!

The owner is so friendly and welcoming, the guest house is spotlessly clean and the rooms are lovely and bright. Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and breakfast was good with fresh coffee. The location is also convient and a short walk to town.

The room we stayed in was amazing (we stayed in Queen). Big, comfy, nicely decorated, reading nook and a bathroom the size of another room. Top amenities. Amazing breakfast, starting with breakfast platter and moving to a la carte choices. Service was impeccable. Staff really made us feel welcome and were helping all the time. Absolutely recommend!

Breakfast is great. Location is perfect, 10 to 15 minutes by walk from the main waterfront and groceries. The neighbourhood was poorly lit but it did not seem unsafe. The management also allowed a late check in and shared useful info

Very convenient location - the city center, but very quiet and almost on the ocean, very spacious room and bathroom. We really had a lot of space. The room has a decent-sized refrigerator, a kettle and a set of tea and coffee. Exit the room and enter the courtyard, very convenient. We arrived late in the evening and were kindly offered to make toasts for us, which were very tasty! In general, this is a great and inexpensive option for this city.We really liked it.
