Beautiful, homely house situated on the canal. Has everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Lovely sitting in the sun in the backyard. Walking distance to the centre of town and public transport. Gurt is very friendly. I would recommend this accommodation.

Everything was BEYOND perfect! The little cottage was very clean and well-equipped. We had everything we could ever have wanted for our stay. The garden that can be accessed through the patio door looked like Eden! We will definitely plan to come back here. The host was wonderful and see brought us some yummy juice!

Lutje Kerklaan was the perfect studio for me - I stayed for 5 days and found it very comfortable. An easy walk to supermarkets. A pretty area to walk through as well, as it's directly adjacent to a park. Bed very comfortable, and the kitchenette works well for basic cooking. Shower and bed both excellent.

The studio – located in a lovely part of Groningen – is very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. There are enough free places to park the car which was very useful for us, because we came by car, but Linda, the host, offers to the guest two bikes for free to use during your stay. Linda is extremely kind and makes everything as comfortable as possible. We higly recommend this accommodation.
