Hosts friendly and informative We had two bedrooms, both comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine, clear instructions regarding ventilation. It is a room with no outside wall. We had our own entrance and key. Nice kitchen area with toaster, microwave and kettle. With tea, coffee milk etc kindly provided. This house is on a bus route for those without personal transport. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pub. We only had one night in Dunedin but an very happy we chose this .

Lovely new furnishings and facilities. Chocolate, fruit, coffee, toaster, microwave and fridge. Easy access, privacy and excellent parking right outside unit. Amazing - Netflix with guest access too.

We had an amazing stay, with plenty of seating inside & out. A very comfy bed, good breakfast and very clean. Alan was very helpful and friendly with suggestions of places to eat and visit on this beautiful peninsula.

Lovely comfortable room with everything you need for a few nights stay. Fabulous shower! Comfortable bed. In a good location for local amenities- shops, cafes and restaurants, close to a bus stop and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again and would recommend.

We loved our stay in Dunedin. The house was very nice, clean, we could use a washing machine. It was near the center and museums. Mike was very nice, all the time on the whats app. We had a very good heating.
