We were made very welcome by the owner, the room was very clean, the wet room was excellent with constant hot water. We had a lovely meal on our last night in the restaurant.

Kaniere Pub has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Hokitika. The accommodation features evening entertainment and a shared kitchen.

Gary and his wife very friendly .and beautiful German shepherd too. I felt right at home staying there Trish the cook makes the meanest scones with lemon passion fruit curd and tons of whipped cream … she rocks !!….. super comfy beds Thanks guys for a brilliant stay !! Highly recommended !!

Kate was super helpful and was available to offer us suggestions for the area and about the property. She also ran very reasonably priced group yoga classes that my family loved attending. The villa we rented was spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped with kitchen equipment and lovely linen, and although it doesn’t have a television, we played a number of new, different games as a family of 5 adults.
