Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

Our stay was very nice, it was very cool experience to sleep in such historic building. Our room had no windows which was part of the adventure. There is also amazing rooftop with 360 view where we watched sunset. Adnan Is very helpful and will answer all of your questions, we also needed help to park and he kindly came out to guide us the way.

The location was amazing, just a few minutes away from the famous Nizwa Fort. Lovely, new inn, with a mix of modern and traditional design. We really loved the old style of the room, it felt authentic and on top our room had a view of the wall which we didnt realize at first. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance from the fort and the souks. Friendly staff who took good care of us!

Such a great place in the heart of Nizwa, just footsteps from the fortress. Sleeping in a real old Oman house and setting. The pool is the icing on the cake. Can only recommend it.
