Great value for the location, staff service, and overall facility. The room was nicely decorated, as well as the bathroom. We were a group of 4 and had plenty of space in the room. The staff were very warm and helpful. It was just a 4 minute- walk to Kota Beach. Not having in-room dining or breakfast is not a problem because the restaurants are just a stone throw. Would gladly recommend to others. Great if you are a big group. They also have dorm rooms, or could just book the entire place.

The owner is very responsive, the design of the room is very unusual. It's a very nice vibe for me. It's cute. It is near to Sta. Fe Port and to different tourist spots there.
