Beautiful building in a very nice quiet neighborhood. A little outside the city but if you enjoy a nice walk in a very nice area, this is perfect. The place is very clean and everything works.

It’s located in a very good place: less than 10 min walk to a market square - the heart of Sandomierz. It’s a standalone home and there is a nice pavilion outside to sit with glass of vine and listen to birds song. Facility was clean and convenient, with a separate bathroom. Shared kitchen with all needed stuff was handy. Free of charge parking is also available on the property site.

I find the place to be very clean, tidy, and overall very nice. It's in a fantastic location that makes you feel like you're in the country rather than in any kind of urban center, let alone a tourist one. The house has been renovated and is in excellent condition; there are no physical keys, so there is no risk of misplacing them, and there is no need to make organizational arrangements with the owner. Our room had a large balcony, which was fantastic.
