Very good location. Very nice host, was very nice to chat, nowadays in most of the places you do not meet people, just keys in the box. He gave some recommendations about places around. We did kayaking in the river. Was very nice.

The couple running the villa are absolutely lovely, speak many languages and gave good advice such as suggesting the excellent Sete restaurant for dinner. Very beautiful building and rooms. We stayed in the pretty Rose Room. The breakfast was delicious too. It’s a short walk downhill into town.

The house is quite well located in Coimbra, you can easily walk to the city center or to the main touristic areas (university, church, restaurants).
