We arrived at night and everything was set for us, easy to find. It was really clean and we loved the little touch of candy and a bottle of water waiting for us. We did not meet any staff as we left in the morning but everything was great.

The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay feel very comfortable. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax. 1. It’s in the heart of the city. You walk out and you’re in the old town. The basics - cleanliness, toiletry, internet and so on - are on point. 2. The host is fantastic. We booked and showed up late in the evening, she gave us a call straight away. She even bothered to come over, help us with a charger and give us ideas on what to see and what to pay attention to. Honestly, the 20 minutes she spent with us enriched our entire visit to Sibiu. We were equipped to view it with informed eyes and truly appreciate the small details all around. 3. Parking in the area is manageable and cheap.
