Great location, great staff and definitely a great value for money! It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to 7-11 but still a quiet location and not so loud. The room was gorgeous and so big, the owners were so nice to upgrade us too. Both so so helpful. Definitely an Italian vibe through and through

The place is simple and impeclable clean. The staff are very helpfull and always with an smile. I got sick on my last day and they were extremely nice and helpful, even took me to the hospital in their own car. I strongly recommend the place.

You are in the middle of the market, bars and shops... There is a 7 eleven 3 min away and a lot of restaurants and huts with food selling so you are in the center of Kata beach bay. The beach is 10-15min so okay distance. They cleaned the room and the accommodation was clean and had everything you need. The shower had warm water... We preferre cold one;)

Very Nice Big Rooms with seperate beds.Whole resort is full of big trees and quiet on both day and night that's a good vibe there.Swimming pool is big and nice prefer to put some more chairs at pool side.Overall Satisfied with the room and service.

Enthusiastic staff and boss. You can borrow or hire or ask questions about almost everything. Good prices for really delicious foods (cheaper, cleaner and more great then food than the night walking market beside). Free good breakfast. Spacious room, good light, big window with excelent view. Soft bed, mini fridge with 2 new bottle per day, clean room and replace bed sheet +towel everyday, big television with hundred chanels. Some games on ground: bia, chess...
