The staff are so so friendly and lovely. We loved our room, perfect amount of space for us, the breakfast was fantastic, they had fruit, pad thai, toast and an option of fried eggs! We never needed to wait long for the shared bathroom and they were always clean. We'd recommend this guesthouse to everyone, the location was great!

I would love to go back to wayside if I visit CM again in the future. The house is very clean and tidy, and I had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The host Jackie is very accommodating and helpful. If you are looking for a nice, quiet, down to earth and cozy place to stay with close approximatecy to the old city, you should check this place out!

I like the decorations with paints all over the place, it's beautiful. Doble bedroom for.couples it's absolutely comfortable. Cleaning service it's outstanding. Always good vibes when walking by the lobby. Location is excellent as well.

We booked a room for 4 nights. Upon arrival we asked Mr Han how to go to Jin Jai market and he offered and drove us there. Mr Han also gets our laundry done for free.His sister helped to check online for details of the train departure to Lampang. On our departure Mr Han drove us to the train station.

Everything! The location was superb-quiet and peaceful, but just a few steps away from everything. The hotel is brand new, very clean and it smells nice.

To be honest, this accommodation was one of the best i have ever stayed in. The furnishing was modest but so practical, you don't need anything else. Tee and Rasha are very helpful and so welcoming! Right when we came they were already there, they showed us all over the place, recommended places to visit and apps to download to make our stay easy and comfortable. Even tho we didn't have breakfast included, Tee and Rasha showed us the kitchen that we were sharing with other travelers and offered to take anything at any time! Apartment is very clean and cozy. Cleaning can be done every day if you put the sign on the door handle. If you are planning to stay in Chiang Mai, definitely go for HeyHa house, you wouldn't regret that, believe me. This place is just 7 minute walk from the historical centre. If i ever visit Chiang Mai again i will not even think of other places. BIG BIG THANK YOU TEE AND RASHA!

We felt we were really taken care of. Great selection of breakfast options, lady at the reception was very kind, whatever I needed she sorted it out quickly. Location is great! Many cool shops, restaurants, cafes nearby. Great value for this price.
