The place and room were really clean. The owner was so nice and has a small kitchen for coffee and a microwave and toaster :) She is really helpful and just super accomodating. We ended up staying a night longer.

The location of the property is perfect, close to everything and quiet ! Alex and his family are very welcoming. He managed to pick us up from the airport and to gave us really good advices. The breakfast is perfect! Honestly, we highly recommend this place to anyone who comes to Chiang Rai.

We loved that it’s an entire studio! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and it’s possible to rent a scooter through the reception. It’s a bit further from the city center, but it was exactly what we were looking for since it’s in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay here!

The staff were amazing. So kind and helped us as soon as we got there by helping us rent a bike. We were given drinking water and toilet paper straight away. The bed was so big and really comfy. The co-host we met, was always smiling and generally just a very kind and polite human being. We have been backpacking for three months and this was the best accommodation so far ! It was really close to the blue temple and 5 minutes by bike from the night market ! Highly recommend !!!!

The apartments are in a perfect location—close to the bus station and night market, making it easy to explore the city. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who led us through a charming covered courtyard with flowers and a fountain. The room was even better than in the photos—well-designed and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was set up so it didn’t blow directly on the head. The room also had a fridge, a kettle, and tea-making essentials. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was convenient, stocked with shampoo and toiletries. A delightful surprise was the breakfast in the courtyard by the fountain—soft music, tea, coffee, fruit, toast, jams, and freshly cooked eggs with vegetables, prepared individually for each guest. All of this was offered with a smile and at no extra charge. Thank you to the wonderful staff! We loved our stay and would have gladly stayed longer.

It is a very well presented, spacious room with great facilities. It was awesome having a washing machine. Easy check in and great communication with the manager via WhatsApp. They were also very helpful in printing our visas.
