We had a great stay at Kale Konac Cappadocia. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was amazing: we feasted on an array of olives, jams, bread, cheeses, eggs, and more. The cats and dogs were ever present and so sweet. The hostess was very kind and helpful. Uçhisar castle is right next to the hotel and there are shops, restaurants, and hiking trails within close walking distance.

Staff were amazing and extremely kind and helpful. They helped book a last minute hot air balloon ride for us and ensured we got the best price for it. Breakfast was also delicious and the room spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Gedik is one of the few 'cave hotels' that's actually built into the rock. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nihat is very attentive to customers and makes yeu feel at home. The location is quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is excellent. This was my second time staying at Gedik and I'd choose it again.

Walnut House totally exceeded my expectations! After a long, freezing 14-hour bus ride from Istanbul, I finally arrived in Cappadocia, safe and sound. The host was incredibly welcoming and let us check in early with no hassle, which was a lifesaver after such a tiring journey. The moment we settled into our room, all the tiredness from the trip melted away. The place is tucked away between a spa and a restaurant, just a short walk from the bus station, shopping spots, and plenty of dining options. It doesn't really look like a typical hotel from the outside—it feels more like staying in a cozy, warm home. One of the highlights was the hot air balloon ride. The owner kindly helped us book a sunrise flight with Brothers Hot Air Balloon at a great price, and it was an amazing experience! Floating above the stunning Cappadocia landscape was like a dream come true. I really wished I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy more of their wonderful hospitality. The staff was so friendly and helpful—they made us feel right at home. If I ever visit Cappadocia again (and I definitely hope I do!), Walnut House will be my go-to spot. It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January.
