Tamu house is very well located near the roundabout in Paje! It is only a short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to get all the goods you need, it's close to many restaurants and street food stands. Very easy to find and access by public transport. The value for money exceeded my expectations by far, the place was very clean with quality furniture, I even got a tv connected to Netflix in my room ! Spacious and clean private bathroom, nice AC, strong bed, plenty of storage space for my stuff! There is a shared kitchen that was kept clean and well equipped to prepare your own meals! The breakfast was delightful and generous! Powerful wifi connection! Super helpful and cheerful staff! The owner was particularly thoughful and welcoming!! The chilling areas outside are friendly, cozy and private at the same time! This place has all you need to enjoy a good experience in Paje! 100% recommended! This is where I stay every time I'm visiting Paje! Asante Sana Tamu House :)

What really sets this place apart is the incredibly kind and attentive staff — everyone we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The manager was especially thoughtful and engaged, making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt truly looked after. The hotel also has a fantastic beachside bar and restaurant just a short stroll away — perfect for enjoying a meal or drink with a view of the ocean and your feet in the sand. The food was absolutely delicious — the tuna tartare, in particular, was unforgettable!

The view is fantastic. Each room setting is unique, and attention to the traditional African style techniques is exquisite. Above all, THE PEOPLE!!!! They smiles will follow my memories for a very long time. the food, and the hospitality were all exceptional. A special mention goes to Hidaya, Stela our assistant for the few days we stayed. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, keeping us entertained and ensuring our stay was perfect.
