The staff are amazing. Every staff member is super nice, helpful and present with every question or need you may have. Special shout out to Justin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms are clean, comfy, safe, locks are provided. Good shower pressure and stable hot water. Toothbrushes are provided if needed. In house laundry if needed. Scooters and bicycles are available for rent at the property. I really enjoyed the second floor huge outside terrace for evening talks with home or just chilling.

Very nice and pricey homestay, with an outstanding hospitality. Since we're in Vietnam, this is the place where we were most warmly welcomed, the owner was really caring and always tried to give her best to provide us a very comfortable stay and an amazing experience. She cleaned the room and changed the towels while we were out and always provided us water, a coffee and fruits when we came back. The restroom is nice and the facilities are new. There are some nice restaurants nearby. To get around we rented a scooter (just ask the host) which made it quite easy to see all the things we wanted and reach the city center. The traffic is not really hectic like Hà Nội, so it should be easy for you to drive around, the streets are in good condition. Give it a try

We kept on prolonging our stay and felt sad when we had to leave. Our reason to choose this hotel was the cheap price and free use good and new bicycles and the good location to see the treasures of Ninh Binh area. Price/quality is astonishing. Rooms are like the pictures, I was kind of suspicious because of the grey facade picture but really it's a great hotel with lovely caring staff. The hotel is situated on a peaceful location just on the edge of the tourist center of Tam Coc. (We personally like not only to stumble over Europeans) The service is amazing. Kien is so sweet and helps you with an honest smile. She speaks very well English and replies fast by WhatsApp & booking messages even if she's not at the desk - other staff isn't fluent in English but helpful and caring and have a translator ready on their phone. We felt welcome and watched after. Kien gave us so many nice tips where to go on bike. She also arranged our transfer to Cat Ba on our last minute request. In the lobby you find comfortable large sofas and also board games (chess and other...). Brand new hotelrooms with great airco and a fan. European standard. The most beautiful and practical wardrobe space ever, convenient bathroom with toileteries). Good elevator to service the 3 floors (each 7 rooms) and go to the rooftop pool. It's a cosy clean and also classy. I have never seen so many great bicycles at a hotel in Vietnam, they are new and you can adjust the height easily, no chain but the band system!! With 3 speed acceleration and bike light (not all with working backlight but really this feels so much safer already when it's dark) they even have a lock! The rooftop pool is magic at night. Clean and new - Really deep - so it's great for teenagers and adults but also with a shallow area for smaller kids (you need to surveil them of course! No swimming vests) Breakfast is simple but perfect for a start up your day.

Lovely homestay, good localisation. Our bedroom was big and clean, very nice. Bed was also confortable. The host is just amazing and so lovely! You can sort all your life here, we did laundry and rent a bicycle at the homestay, both were great. You also can rent a bike, and sorry your bus/train trips to other places. Breakfeast is really good too. Highly recommend

Clean, basic furniture but perfectly fine for the requested price. Had a big room with windows (not common in that price range). Owner speaks good English and is very nice and helpful. --> Good value for money.
