Everything: 1. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They booked us the sleeper bus from Hanoi and the taxi for the accommodation for a great price. 2. The accommodation is wonderful, with great views, nice furniture and all the essentials! 3. The hosts organised the activities, we learned the art of Batik and when trekking!

Literally the coziest hotel we’ve ever stayed! Every time we entered the hotel, we were greeted by the pleasant interior of the main hall and quiet music. Amazing atmosphere inside! The room is spacious, comfortable and well equipped! Very clean and tidy bathroom with no problem with hot water. There is a heater and an electric blanket in case it is cold at nights, but during our stay the weather was great so we didn’t use them. We lived on the very top floor, and if you book the room on the top floor, make sure you book 402 room for the best view!!! The location of the hotel is convenient too. It is 7 minutes away from the Sun Plaza by walk. The hotel is located a little on a hill, but it is not steep, so it is not difficult to climb up to it. The staff is amazing! We checked in at night and it wasn’t a problem at all! The staff wrote us a letter with instructions by hand!! It was a minor detail, but it was so kind of them - I still keep this letter with me! Special thanks to Moon - she was always friendly, attentive and helpful to us! Highly recommend this place! Excellent value for money!

Such a nice place. In winter Sa Pa is quite cold but in the room there is a heating bed so you wouldn't leave your bed easily. There is a common kettle for tea and coffee, as a coffee addict it is always important to have it. The room is big and clean. I really want to say thanks to the lady because she is really sweet and gave us fruits and sweets. Overall an amazing stay. We also loved the two cats! P.s. the homestay is not in the centre but the location wasn't an issue also because if you want to eat near the lake the prices are quite high. Extra tips for vegetarians and vegans: the homestay is near to two vegan restaurants and there is a banh mi place which prepares it with eggs for 30k.

This is a 10-star review because our stay at Indigo Cat was fantastic. Chaï, the owner, is a very good english speaker (which is rare in Sapa), but above all, she’s a lovely, kind and very helpful person. Indigo Cat is a family business and all of them are very nice and appealing. There is also a nice shop with Indigo handcrafted items, so it makes the place very special. Room is very clean and spacious for 2 people. The hotel opened recently so all the furniture and bed linen are new. Take a room with Mountain view, it’s fabolous. I recommend this place at 1000% !!!

Soï and her husband took great care to welcome us! There is the possibility of eating on site if you warn it in advance. The place offers you a splendid view of the mountains around Sa Pa. I strongly recommend renting a scooter to be able to take full advantage of the region.
