This place was just fabulous and exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Especially the night porter was very lovely when we were seated in the common areas in the evening to have a drink. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and with super thoughtful amenities. Breakfast was a DREAM. The french vibe throughout the property was also lovely.

We spent just one night at Milky Way apartment, but it left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, our host greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel completely at home. The apartment was stunning tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and incredibly inviting. An amazing breakfast! Generous, delicious, and beautifully served it was the perfect start to our day. Though our stay was short, it was packed with charm and hospitality. Milky Way truly shines, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We were warmly welcomed to Valentines Hermanus. The suite of rooms we rented were very comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the chocolate and South African biscuits left in the room. Good sized bathroom. Very quiet location and near Grotto beach and a nice café for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Above all we appreciated Greg and Helen's hospitality.

Facilities were disability friendly for a family member which was terrific as it allowed our family member to enjoy the exact same experience. All the staff were so friendly and went out there way to assist - am so appreciative. Great place and amazing rooms!!
