The host stays out of your affairs though they stay on the property. Affordable place with modern rooms and a very comfortable bed. I recommend that the pillows be regularly washed or that they put pillow covers.My pillow was saliva stained and didn't smell great.

We appreciated very much the welcoming and friendliness of our host. We immediately felt home! It is a charming house with more amenities than you would expect. Very hospitipal and friendly. The rooms and breakfast for amazing. My friend and I (2 girls) were travelling to Port Elizabeth for the first time and they told us places which were safer to go to and where to avoid. Overall, very friendly and I've never met hosts like them. Truly amazing people.

Very nice hosts, clean, good neighbourhood, near the ocean and boardwalk mall, coffee, tea, water, fridge, kettle, everything you need was there. We didn't need it, but there even was an electric blanket to beat the cold.

We were very warmly welcomed by Edouard. He immediately made us feel relaxed and at home. The house has a lovely garden, with an abundant bird life - as well as a pool. We were highly grateful to Edouard for upgrading us to a larger unit. We especially enjoyed his company and the lively discussions during the lovely breakfast which he personally prepared. He provided good tips for restaurants and other places of interest, such as the Addo Elephant Park, which is within reasonable driving distance to 39 on Nile. This B & B is excellent value for money. When we left, we felt as if we were leaving a friend behind and we'd love to be back
