It was self service but the kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided extras like beer, wine and milk. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location in a spacious quiet safe haven outside Stanford was ideal with an easy commute to Hermanus and views of the mountains.

Andy's and his wife who hosted us are two wonderful people. We had a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The garden with its swimming pool is cosy and peaceful. The ideal place to energize the body and mind. Everything is clean and well equipped. We would like to visit again. Then we will stay longer.

We really loved the place! And would always come back again. De Kelders is a quiet little town, that is perfect for whale watching. For sunset we sat on the rocks and watched the whales. The accommodation is amazing. We had everything we needed and felt so comfortable. We could see the sunset from the terrace and see the ocean. The host and his little dog were so lovely. He gave us a lot of suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. We just can recommend this accommodation!

Aurelia is a so nice, she prepared everything we need in the room. She reminded us and helped send the cellphone back to us that we left in the room. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they made us feel like home. Also the breakfast is delicious. Wi-Fi is strong, and we’ve been informed schedule of load shedding for preparation, which helped a lot. The accommodation is cozy and modern, much more better than photos. The location is good and quite. You can drive to the cliff beach and town center in 10 minutes.
