Very clean& smart & wonderfully comfortable. Linens high quality. Fittings & layout were excellent. Good security. Very friendly & helpful. Good wifi & heating.Toiletries provided & tea coffee sugar water & rusks. Shame it was only 1 night at a time as we returned after our Kgalagadi experience. Being pregnant I loved how cool the room was. My partner and myself particularly enjoyed the pool to cool down in. Also we got upgraded to a bigger room so we really appreciated that gesture. By far the best stay we've had in upington
