They helped us park the car, carry in luggage, and answered all the questions we had. They also have suggestions on where to go and what sights were worth visiting. Breakfast was wonderful. We had the chance to try some local dishes with our omelettes, along with fresh fruit and coffee. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone.

The guest house is located just 750metres from the castle and the market. So, it's closeby to everything. Finally, the breakfast prepared by her mother. This was the best place we stayed in all of Albania for several reasons. The guesthouse itself is small and cozy. The location is unbeatable: less than 10 minutes walk to the bazaar and other sights, and very quiet. The restaurant across the street is almost an extension of the guesthouse and the staff there are welcoming and the food is good. The room itself was very small but that’s okay because we only slept there- most time was spent around Gjirokaster or on the terrace. The room and property is immaculately clean, and has one of the best showers I’ve ever had. The real highlights were the terrace and the hosts. That terrace with the view, shade, breeze, and smell of flowers is my happy place. Perfect for reading, relaxing, or having a drink outside. Mimosa and Pandeli are the most gracious, generous, kind, fun, hosts!!! We had so much fun using Google translation and pantomiming to have conversations. Mimosa was kind enough to bring us fresh fruit and salad on the hottest of days. Truly amazing people. Hope to see them again soon!!

It is on top of Gjirokastër, so arriving by car is a little tricky (Google Maps ideas are partially incorrect, and there are roadworks blocking one of the roads).
