B&B, very clean. Plenty of parking space. Room is simple, but has everything you need. Balcony with mountain view. Bed is very comfortable, we slept really well. Breakfast has choices of cheeses, cold cuts, breads, good coffee and eggs made to order. Mine came with the best bacon ever! The best part of our short stay were the host, Nienke and René, a Dutch couple who moved here four years ago. They made us feel like at home! Long chatting made us friends in one day! They don't come very often like this, so if you are in Spittal / Milstätter See area, I recommend you stay with them, you won't be sorry.

The location is ideal for Alpe-Adria Radweg cyclist. The owners are extremely kind and nice and willing to help with information and everything. The food was excellent. Breakfast was amazingly rich and the choice of different types of food - mostly made by owners from the locally produced ingredients and is eco-fiendly. E-bike storage is available with charging units. Leberknödelsuppe and all sorts of savory or sweet dumplings/raviolli/nudeln are to be tasted.

We have spent 4 days in the Haus Karnten and like the place a lot. It’s well located and offers spacious car park. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Breakfasts are ample. The owner is very nice and supportive. It’s surely a place I can recommend.

Host were super friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking lot was spacious. The room was clean. All in all, great value for money.
